We only raise animals in a way that we would want everyone to see and in a way we feel proud feeding to our family and friends.

Pastured Poultry
Our meat chickens and turkeys are raised from April - November. These birds are raised on all organic feed and pasture.

Scottish Highland Cattle
Our fold of Scottish Highlands thrive in the cold climates of Northern Wisconsin, and provide lean and delicious beef.

Pastured Pork
Our pigs are a mix of Idaho Pasture Pigs and Old Berkshire breeds. While they take a little longer to grow, they provide wonderful and nutrient-dense meat.

Egg Laying Chickens
We raise multiple breeds of hens and roosters for a diverse mix of egg colors. The combination of our all organic feed and the bugs and plants they eat while free ranging make the best eggs!

We have more than a few “employees” that help maintain and protect our farm in many important ways that humans can’t.

Backing up to almost 30,000 acres of continuous forest, we are blessed to see the beauty of nature on a daily basis.
